DEVOLU\u00c7\u00c3O<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>CENTRO DE FORMA\u00c7\u00c3O E CAPACITA\u00c7\u00c3O \u2013 CFC<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>PRE\u00c2MBULO<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O Centro de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o e Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 CFC estabelece a presente Pol\u00edtica Institucional com o objetivo de garantir transpar\u00eancia, profissionalismo, rigor administrativo e prote\u00e7\u00e3o institucional nos processos de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o, participa\u00e7\u00e3o, cancelamento, reembolso e funcionamento das a\u00e7\u00f5es formativas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A presente pol\u00edtica aplica-se a todos os cursos, workshops, programas de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o, forma\u00e7\u00f5es presenciais, h\u00edbridas e online promovidos pelo CFC, em conformidade com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o aplic\u00e1vel da Rep\u00fablica de Cabo Verde.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>INSCRI\u00c7\u00c3O E CONFIRMA\u00c7\u00c3O DE VAGA<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A inscri\u00e7\u00e3o em qualquer forma\u00e7\u00e3o promovida pelo CFC apenas ser\u00e1 considerada v\u00e1lida ap\u00f3s:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preenchimento completo da ficha de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aceita\u00e7\u00e3o das condi\u00e7\u00f5es institucionais;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Confirma\u00e7\u00e3o do pagamento integral ou parcial definido pelo CFC.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os pagamentos poder\u00e3o ser efetuados atrav\u00e9s de:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transfer\u00eancia banc\u00e1ria;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dep\u00f3sito banc\u00e1rio;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vinti4;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outros meios autorizados pelo CFC.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ap\u00f3s confirma\u00e7\u00e3o do pagamento, o formando receber\u00e1:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comprovativo de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Informa\u00e7\u00f5es log\u00edsticas;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Credenciais de acesso, quando aplic\u00e1vel.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O CFC reserva-se o direito de recusar inscri\u00e7\u00f5es incompletas, informa\u00e7\u00f5es falsas ou pagamentos n\u00e3o confirmados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>CONDI\u00c7\u00d5ES DE PAGAMENTO<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0O acesso integral \u00e0s forma\u00e7\u00f5es, avalia\u00e7\u00f5es finais, certificados e demais servi\u00e7os depende da regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o financeira do formando.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em caso de pagamento parcelado, o incumprimento das presta\u00e7\u00f5es poder\u00e1 resultar em:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suspens\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria do acesso \u00e0s aulas;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Impedimento de participa\u00e7\u00e3o em avalia\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e3o emiss\u00e3o do certificado;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancelamento da inscri\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Valores pagos n\u00e3o s\u00e3o transfer\u00edveis para terceiros sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o formal do CFC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>DIREITO DE DESIST\u00caNCIA E CANCELAMENTO PELO FORMANDO<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O formando poder\u00e1 solicitar cancelamento da inscri\u00e7\u00e3o mediante comunica\u00e7\u00e3o escrita enviada para o e-mail oficial do CFC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As condi\u00e7\u00f5es de reembolso ser\u00e3o as seguintes:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>At\u00e9 10 dias \u00fateis antes do in\u00edcio da forma\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reembolso de at\u00e9 90% do valor pago;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reten\u00e7\u00e3o obrigat\u00f3ria de 10% para cobertura de custos administrativos, banc\u00e1rios e operacionais.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><b>b) Entre 9 e 3 dias \u00fateis antes do in\u00edcio<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reembolso de 50% do valor pago.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><b>c) Menos de 72 horas antes do in\u00edcio ou ap\u00f3s in\u00edcio da forma\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e3o haver\u00e1 lugar a reembolso.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em situa\u00e7\u00f5es excecionais devidamente comprovadas, o CFC poder\u00e1 analisar:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transfer\u00eancia da vaga para outra edi\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Convers\u00e3o parcial do valor em cr\u00e9dito formativo;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Substitui\u00e7\u00e3o do formando por outra pessoa.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A an\u00e1lise destas situa\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e1 feita exclusivamente pela Dire\u00e7\u00e3o do CFC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>CANCELAMENTO, ADIAMENTO OU ALTERA\u00c7\u00d5ES PELO CFC<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O CFC reserva-se o direito de cancelar, adiar ou alterar cronogramas, hor\u00e1rios, modalidades ou formadores das a\u00e7\u00f5es de forma\u00e7\u00e3o sempre que necess\u00e1rio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Constituem motivos v\u00e1lidos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00famero insuficiente de participantes;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Motivos pedag\u00f3gicos;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Problemas t\u00e9cnicos ou infraestruturais;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doen\u00e7a ou indisponibilidade do formador;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Situa\u00e7\u00f5es de for\u00e7a maior.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consideram-se situa\u00e7\u00f5es de for\u00e7a maior:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desastres naturais;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pandemias;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Greves;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interrup\u00e7\u00f5es energ\u00e9ticas;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Falhas tecnol\u00f3gicas;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Determina\u00e7\u00f5es governamentais;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Situa\u00e7\u00f5es de emerg\u00eancia p\u00fablica.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em caso de cancelamento definitivo por iniciativa do CFC, o formando poder\u00e1 optar por:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reembolso integral;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cr\u00e9dito formativo;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transfer\u00eancia para outra forma\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O prazo m\u00e1ximo para reembolso ser\u00e1 de at\u00e9 15 dias \u00fateis ap\u00f3s aprova\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>CURSOS ONLINE E E-LEARNING<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nos cursos online com acesso imediato, considera-se que o servi\u00e7o foi iniciado ap\u00f3s:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Primeiro login;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acesso aos conte\u00fados;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Download de materiais;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participa\u00e7\u00e3o em aulas ou atividades.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ap\u00f3s o in\u00edcio do acesso \u00e0 plataforma, n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 direito a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o de valores, salvo falha t\u00e9cnica comprovada da responsabilidade do CFC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O CFC n\u00e3o se responsabiliza por:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Falhas de internet do formando;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Equipamentos pessoais inadequados;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Limita\u00e7\u00f5es tecnol\u00f3gicas externas;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Problemas causados por terceiros.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>ASSIDUIDADE, AVALIA\u00c7\u00c3O E CERTIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A emiss\u00e3o de certificados depender\u00e1 do cumprimento cumulativo dos seguintes crit\u00e9rios:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Frequ\u00eancia m\u00ednima definida pelo curso;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aproveitamento nas avalia\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o financeira;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cumprimento das normas institucionais.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O CFC reserva-se o direito de n\u00e3o emitir certificados a participantes que n\u00e3o cumpram os requisitos estabelecidos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certificados digitais poder\u00e3o ser enviados por e-mail ou disponibilizados em plataforma digital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certificados f\u00edsicos poder\u00e3o implicar custos adicionais de impress\u00e3o e envio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os custos de envio inter-ilhas ou internacionais ser\u00e3o suportados pelo formando.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>CONDUTA E DISCIPLINA<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todos os participantes devem manter comportamento \u00e9tico, respeitoso e compat\u00edvel com o ambiente institucional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O CFC poder\u00e1 suspender ou excluir participantes em casos de:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desrespeito a colegas, formadores ou equipa;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Linguagem ofensiva;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ass\u00e9dio;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Viol\u00eancia verbal ou f\u00edsica;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fraude acad\u00e9mica;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uso indevido da plataforma;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Divulga\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o autorizada de conte\u00fados.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A exclus\u00e3o disciplinar poder\u00e1 ocorrer sem direito a reembolso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>PROPRIEDADE INTELECTUAL<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todos os conte\u00fados pedag\u00f3gicos, v\u00eddeos, apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es, manuais, materiais digitais e metodologias pertencem ao CFC ou aos respetivos autores autorizados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9 proibido:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reproduzir;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gravar;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Distribuir;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comercializar;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Partilhar;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilizar indevidamente os conte\u00fados sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o escrita do CFC.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O incumprimento poder\u00e1 resultar em medidas legais e disciplinares.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>IMAGEM E IDENTIDADE INSTITUCIONAL<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O nome, log\u00f3tipo, imagem institucional e materiais do CFC n\u00e3o poder\u00e3o ser utilizados sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9 proibida qualquer utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o difamat\u00f3ria, enganosa ou comercial da imagem institucional do CFC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>RECLAMA\u00c7\u00d5ES E PEDIDOS DE REEMBOLSO<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reclama\u00e7\u00f5es ou solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de reembolso dever\u00e3o ser enviadas para:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: informa\u00e7\u00f5es complementares para an\u00e1lise do processo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>PROTE\u00c7\u00c3O DE DADOS<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os dados pessoais recolhidos ser\u00e3o utilizados exclusivamente para fins administrativos, pedag\u00f3gicos e institucionais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O CFC compromete-se a tratar os dados dos
